Welcome to the hobby and to the forum.
I can't help you with the Faller spares, I'm afraid, but hopefully someone on the forum might be able to point you in the right direction.

I don't know if it's compatible with Faller, but there is plastic O Scale track available for 3D printer download on Thingiverse

Welcome!

It's possible I can help with some or all of your Faller wish-list - I'll take a look at the weekend and drop you a PM once I've had a look at what I've got. I'm quite a fan of the old Faller range and collected a fair bit of it over the years, some of which I've adapted, and some of which remains untouched.

German eBay used to be a good source, cheaper and more plentiful than the UK version, and most of the sellers could communicate in English or were happy for me to use Google translate. I don't know whether that's still the case - or the effect on Brexit of sellers' willingness to send stuff here...

Cheers,

Andrew.

Andrew.
My recent experience with German sellers of collectable items has been very positive and most helpful.
