Post by steamhostler » Sat Jan 01, 2022 9:51 pm

I am looking for an Accucraft Welshpool and Llanfair cattle van, preferably with 32mm gauge wheel sets.
Must be able to ship to USA and take PayPal or CashApp for payment

Welcome to the forum. I can't help with the cattle van but hopefully someone here will.

I can't help with Accucraft rolling stock, but there is an alternative with excellent kits from The Lineside Hut https://www.thelinesidehut.co.uk/w-llr-wagons.html and I'm sure there would be others too. Not ready to run obviously, but superb kits. I don't know if they sell abroad, but an email to the contact address on that site would answer that. Also, there may be 3d print files for what is a popular item of rolling stock - even if you don't have a 3d printer, there will be someone able to print them for you in the US.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info Lonsdaler, I was able to get 2 cattle van kits and an Open Coach kit from The Lineside Hut, and they DO ship to the USA.
Since most of my SM32 rolling stock is scratch built or heavily kit bashed, I prefer building kits to bone stock RTR offerings.
Worked out real great! Thanks again!

A great result! Lineside Hut are noted for the excellent quality of their kits so I'm sure you'll be pleased when they arrive.

Excellent result! So glad they ship overseas too - that seems to be something a lot of garden rail traders have shied away from since the upheaval of Brexit. I did a short thread on my build of a cattle waggon and a sheep waggon. https://gardenrails.org/forum/viewtopic ... 39&t=12541
Edited to add: I decided to fix the opening doors closed on my cattle waggon, and it's improved their robustness quite a lot. I hope you ordered the running gear at the same time as well.👍
