In my thread I mentioned the purchase of two pocket watches from China. They are new, post free and cost less than £3. each!

The idea is to fit them in my clock tower....

This is just to see them in position, since this picture I have made changes to the faces and the colour of the cases, which are now black.

I did think about that, but couldn't find a suitable watch. If only I'd spotted your thread!! Can you repost a link to the thread or to where you got them if it wasn't on the original thread?

I made the tops of the towers removable so there is still the opportunity to fit something like this in place :D

The watches I bought came from China, freepost, and cost £2.84 each. They are still available but now priced £3.59 .... ebay... 121595581013
Whilst looking for these I have now discovered others with Roman numerals which I think I would have preferred and possibly better for you too? These are priced at £4.10, available from UK, freepost... ebay.. 291383744841 delivered to your door by Friday!
Happy hunting.

I have recently built a much simpler village church out of concrete. It stands up to the weather pretty well and to our resident squirrels and fox. Hope to post some pics soon. Yours looks really impressive.
