Re: NGG16
Well at long last it's finally starting to get some colour to it. It is a VERY slow process, though I am sure if I was doing it in Halfords paint like usual it would have been finished long ago, but airbrushing it with acrylic seems to take forever to get a coat on and then even longer to dry, usually patchy as I didn't put enough paint on. Ah well, at least it's cheaper in the long term. It still needs a final lacquer to finish it off, but at least it's no longer just sitting on the shelf with all the other unfinished projects, lol. Then onto the tenders and cab.

And a couple more pics with the cab just placed on the footplate and the dome and chimney just placed on for the pictures. It is actually a darker red than the pictures show, the limitations of a camera phone

A couple of shots with it kind of together. Finished as far as 3D printing is concerned but not finished as far as paint and pipe work etc is concerned. Also needs the electrics finalising as well. Ash pan is printed but not yet fitted.
Ignore the landslide on the track, it's in the process of being redone as there is only a semi circle of track down at the moment.
