Flashback to summer 2005 on Buckinghamshire's Woodrow Light Railway (not to be confused with Pauly's line!). Russell, visiting from the Misbourne Valley Railway, coasts down the bank from Woodrow tunnel with a heavy holiday extra, while 8903 awaits her next duty on the loop line.

Britomart slowly plods through the snow with the 06:15 Quarrymens train from Dolwyddelan to Fron Goch Slate and Lead mines, with the steam giving an atmospheric scene only glimpsed in colder times of the year....

CVLR No 8(23) arrives at Chyknell with a typical end of year lightly used passenger service.
Tommy Dodd may have an ARS key but I have a TASS button & a Rope Ladder, just like pirates, except the TASS button bit.

After spending most of the day clearing the line of the mammoth snow drift with Pheonix, the engine crew suddenly realised that clearing the line wasn't as much of an obstacle as clearing the platforms....


If it isn't allowed because of the time limit I'll happily remove it! :D
