Hi Grant it is unusual isn't it. You can't beat an Arch, very pleasing on the eye. I have always marveled at the Roman Colosseum with all it's arches, what an architectural masterpiece that was for it's time and mostly still standing today!

You can't beat an Arch
I agree, just finished restoring another antique clock, and for identification purposes had to do a crash course in gothic arch history. I now know the one below is a "Flamboyant Gothic Arch, I believe.

Wow Grant that is a mighty fine clock and thank you for my little dip into gothic architecture after I googled flamboyant gothic arch.

Great layout Dave, love the way it passes under the footbridge, and the little bench on the tunnel. brilliant... :thumbup: :thumbup:
