Inaugural train on the CVLR

Post by CVLR » Mon Feb 19, 2018 8:28 am

Here's a quick shot of the first train to run on the newly completed first stage of the CVLR.
Lined and detailed RH Lady Anne 'Lely Mo' and a rake of four modified IP Engineering VOR coaches.

Great looking train, the Lady Anne somehow looks a little longer than standard. Perhaps it's the length of the carriages, either way looks good. Bet your pleased to have somewhere to run.
Grant.

Great photo.

Any chance of a video of a run on the new line?

It's wide angle distortion that makes the loco look longer, she is standard length. :)

I would love to post a video but I don't have a YouTube channel and the only way I can see of showing a vid is to link from one?

If you don't want to create a YouTube account share your video from a file sharing service like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.

That looks absolutely fantastic. It's the epitome of a narrow gauge 'proper railway'. :thumbright:

Love that rake - all in proportion and the colours fit well together :thumbright:
Where did I put that uncoupler?
