Converting large postman pat train& carriges

I am hoping to convert the large postman pat train and carriges to run on g scale track has anyone done this before please .I want a sutiable electric. Motor and chassis any ideas i will thank you all in adavance as I am not on very often

Hi Nigel,
Tony Bird has done many toy conversions, including Postman Pat, and has written them up on here. Do a search for his name or for Postman Pat and you should find them. He may well be along at some point and answer you directly.

Tony Bird is our resident expert on such conversions, you could search his posts or contact him by PM for advice.

Tony also puts a lot of videos of said conversions up on YouTube, all under his name, again worth a quick search.
