Has there been any action on this railway lately? It's always been my favourite. Not had much time Keith & when I did the weather hasnt played ball. However I had a session of running to shunt stock into secure stabling before going away for a few days this week. The cameras were rolling..... ;...

Drivers eye view in your house!

Don't know if others have tried this or not but a little idea I had last night just for a bit of fun. Using a smartphone with wi-fi as a mobile webcam on your railway. With the download of IP cam (free) on an old android phone this works a treat. A very simple app, simply install & follow instru...

I seem to recall Pendo Pilot having an issue with the wheels binding on curves, his plan was to replace the "chunky looking" wheelsets. Aye, that has been my only issue with them. I found the treads quite on the wideside with a hefty size flange. Does make them bind quite a bit (This is i...

Something a bit different, for me anyway.

On our way to Cornwall last week I arranged to have a little break in Somerset & hooked up with a workmate who runs a 5" gauge B1. He was doing a week tour of railways in that area. After a quick run as a passenger it was soon time to have a little play. Just a short video from that day. <o...

Would that be RUSSEL's pony wheels?! ;)
It would indeed mate, a coined phrase from years in the 00 side. How many of their locos used to feature with a bogie or pony truck off the road! :D
