These were made from part finished Beck Anna G scale loco or later models left over parts. The 32mm versions have the frames moved in and axles shortened (with variable skill!). More likely to be a serial no. than a date. It could be the 94th model of that type, or the 94th model he made, or ...... That's how I light mine and never had any problems.

I love my Ragleth - super loco's and great fun to customise
