As I said in my earlier post this is a useful vice for making a mill out of your drill but only make small cut's at a time I found it very useful. but their is a large range to choose from in their catalogue. https://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/clarke-4-inch-cross-vice-ccv4c

That's the one I have, not as I posted above I haven't had any problems with it and as I said above if used with sharp milling tools can be a very useful tool.

I use a cheap Clarke's drill stand from Machine Mart and I use the 4" cross vice to make a small milling machine very good for milling rail to make points. Get milling cutters from e.bay. https://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/cdp101b-drill-press https://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/p...

It's a good idea to counter sink the holes and fit the roof with flush fitting screws.

The radio control car battery was a tight fit I had to cut the bottom of the cab front to fit it in. As for how long it runs for I can only say I have not had it run down to a stop yet seems to run all the time I use it with out problems. http://i1293.photobucket.com/albums/b593/BigAl160/md36_zpse14...
