Sometimes knowing how things are done spoils the magic. I'd like to say that it was very difficult and took hundreds of hours, but the fact is anyone could do it with the right kit and software.

Thanks Al. The story wasn't my idea, it was Mrs Edwards' so I can't claim that it was my creative idea. The green screening is remarkably easy to do and great fun.

Thanks. The people are very realistic!

The green screen and stand were from Amazon and I use Final Cut Pro X on an Apple Mac for editing.

Thomas, His Friends and the High Speed Train

Yep. Sandwell born and bred, Peter. Congrats on your escape.
Thanks sstjc. I really enjoy making these videos and have a lot of fun however doing the voice over is the bit I dislike, but does anyone like the sound of their own voice?

Thanks Peter. I've been taking lessons from the Pine Tree Junction Film Unit. I'll take elocution lessons for the next production.

Percy Runs Away

To avoid a nasty accident Percy runs away, but without either driver or fireman how is he ever going to stop? For this story both Thomas and Percy have been converted to battery power with radio control. They also now have smoke units.
