The link in your last post is the correct one to use Chris so I added the video tags and as you can see it now works:

Re: Roundhouse George in action
Great video Chris.
Another example of why I think SSP Slomos are a must for realistic running!

Re: Dog bone loop running
If you use the Peco ST-607 curves with matching short radius point you can get a loop with the point included as it is the same radius as the ST-607 curve.
This is not possible if you are trying to use the original ST-605 curves.

Re: Dog bone loop running
I use to have a dog bone layout and I sprung loaded the points so they would always set the way I wanted each time after a train would pass through them.
Check out the RWLR thread by searching for it as I posted how I went about installing springs.

Re: 5" gauge 0-6-0 Sweet Pea
Thanks for the pictures. I quite like the standard cab of the Wren as it will be easier to make and allows unrestricted access for operation and maintenance. The MES I am a member of has suggested to give LibreCAD a try for creating drawings of the square saddle tank and cab so they can be sent off ...

Re: What are the ins and outs of plastic rail?
An oval of plastic track used on a table indoors is not the same as installing it outside where it will be impacted by terrain and changes in temperature (the question asking how is expansion managed by the OP led me to believe he was asking for how to use plastic track outside). I don't think plast...

Re: What are the ins and outs of plastic rail?
Heat (gas locos should be fine but coal or meths fired will melt the track), weight and metal wheels are going to be an issue running live steamers on poorly made plastic track that is intended for toy train sets.
Electric locos should be fine using plastic track though.

Re: 5" gauge 0-6-0 Sweet Pea
These were some open cab ideas I had (purely chosen as they would be easier to make) before I decided I wanted a Kerr Stuart Wren style closed cab which I think will suit the loco given the size of the new chimney: IMG_20200409_133524-01.jpeg Reshaping the raised section still didn't look right to m...

Re: Jynn: a 7 1/4" gauge wren
Thanks for sharing the video, I am very much in awe of what you have achieved.
Hopefully my next house move will allow me to build a small line to have a play on with my loco (when the kids finally move out!)
