By all means get a multi charger like the Imax B6, however, be prepared to buy a DC power supply for it and spend many hours scratching your head on which option to charge. It takes quite a while to work out all the options so if you know someone with one, get them to set it up for you and leave it ...

OK, I had a suggestion of a price and have put it quite a bit under that on the popular auction site, we shall see how it goes.

OK, some pictures and a video done of everything, this is what I would use if I decide to put it up for sale. Sorry about the state of the track but it sits under a very large tree that makes it very dirty over winter and I have not got around to repainting and cleaning it this year. :( Although the...

OK, it now can have a full charging system as I have a multi charger and a 62A 12 volt PSU to go with it. This is a powerful PSU taken from a server system and properly adapted by an electronics expert, and no that wasn't me as I wouldn't have a clue how to do it. He also made the 3D printed ends fo...

When you do sell it provide a video as you cannot expect people to pay hundreds of pounds for something they have not seen work. It amazes me that people buy locos off eBay with no evidence that they function and when you ask the seller for a video they say they don't have any... Oh yes, no problem...

Advice on value? Video & pics included.
Hi I am contemplating selling one of my loco's but am not sure of its value at all. Its an IP Engineering Jessica 0-6-0 gauge adjustable for 32mm and 45mm, in 16mm scale. Full RC installed which is the Deltang TX24's (can do up to 12 loco's) and the RX65b integrated speed control and receiver. It co...

When we had this issue we got 2 water spray devices that went off in a pre determined pattern when they sensed movement, they work very well but only cover a limited area at a time so do need moving around a bit and it means having hose pipes out all the time. However it did work for us, just make s...

very easy solution to this. Use 4 x 18650 batteries, 3 if you dont want too much speed or power, and couple it with an RC Trains RX65, which requires no additional external battery source and no additional ESC as it has one built in and its tiny. I have a number of trains running on this setup and i...

Well after some weeks I did eventually get around to putting rc into my Accucraft Mannin. I ended up making two servo mounts, both tapped out top and bottom, one new regulator arm, tapped and braised up, and one funny little joiner to link into the existing links, plus of course the new linkage for ...

I've got an Accucraft Lew and that's got a special little metal linkage bolted to the cab floor that transmits horizontal movement to vertical. That little item is not available anywhere I've looked. John Could you not make one of these John? Do you have a picture of your fitting on the Lew, though...
