The rear coal bunker on Margaret does make the loco look better proportioned. I fitted a working rear light and the obligatory bucket - here is another picture of the bunker.

You can fit a dome on an Jane / Janet boiler no problem. Like doug said they used a brass disc. The dome is machined rather than pressed. Merlin supplied a bell crank arrangement for controlling the regulator using r/c although it could be easily used to put the forward/reverse control into the cab using a lever and quadrant arrangement like an Accucraft.
