Peter, From the RHS site: Mind-your-own-business or baby's tears, Soleirolia soleirolii (syn. Helxine soleirolii) is a creeping perennial with tiny rounded leaves. However, I'd hazard a guess that at least 50% of this forum have far more of it than they could wish for ( me included) and would be hap...

Andrew, In a month or so Tesco's will probably have small fir trees in as indoor Christmas decorations. They usually sell them for about £3 each. They are a naturally dwarf variety called "Top Point" . They sell them at about 10" tall and after 5 years my biggest one is now about 12&q...

Philip, I would love to hear of you experience in Egypt, perhaps a PM if you have time? The lights came from our local 'Charlies'. If you don't have one there is a website.   Other sources could be garden centres etc.... Sand.....   I should ignore your comment as Carp are freshwater fish, but just...

including a pair of lamps which are easily made presentable on the railway.  I have used these before, about 3 years ago, when I found them in a post Christmas clearance in a set of four.  This time they are boxed in pairs, a tiny bulb in the top and wires to a 2x AA battery holder with a switc...

It's not even amateurish, really. The title says "Live steam" but the Item Specifics description, such as it is, says it is analogue control and DC, and made of plastic!

Can't help with the problem I'm afraid, but for info, there has been a major Win 10 update happening in the past month ( called the Anniversary update). It is happening routinely as part of Windows Update and is estimated to take as much as 3 months to complete the rollout across the world. Personal...

I'd also check that (a) all wheels touch a flat surface and (b) that the axles are parallel to each other and at right angles to the frames. "Crabbing" is a prime source of the problem you describe.
