I am pretty sure you can desolve the bolt with aluminium phosphate (i think) and it does not affect the brass, i have done this before in a dish on the stove. be warned, it smells.....

This is the problem. I may have to loose some railway to fit it in . i thought of building mini canal boats with a mini canal. But wonder if it would just no look right and go for a little stream instead. More thoughts need i think, your stream does look very good

Jim the work really pays of, do not be put off, i like to think of it of buying the basic shape for detailing. In PDF's case the basic shape is very good.
