I am assuming you are using Chitubox for the slicer? If not, why not If so, add auto support and it will be on a raft which I have never had a print split, as normal, you may need to tilt the piece to achieve perfection and maybe add n some extra manual supports if need be.

A little update, I think that's the bulk of the CAD work done, just the printing and then redoing the CAD work and then repeating cycle begins.

I only ever have over adhesion issues if I try to take the print off before it has cooled thoroughly. How long are you leaving it before removing the print after it's finished?
