you'd have liked what I nearly had today.... HST failure down PZ (I think) ended up with the HST with abit of FGW 57 Haulage! In GWR colours, wished i'd waited the 5 minutes to catch it! would have done if I'd known!

I'm in the process of laying my line, and I'm using aggy grit, when it dries out it sets hard, ideal for the summer! But you can add flex back to it!

I'm currently going the the design stages (between my apprenticeship and building my line!) of doing similar, but using a new bigger internally fired boiler, so you can get more steam size wize, but still using mamod cylindeers etc. Will watch and see howyou get on!

Can anyone tell me the thread for the loubricator screw cap on the top? at a guess its M10x1.0 but not 100% sure... The old caps poped off and i can'tfind a spare!

Work started today with the first section layed, a train run, and the track removed! Sadly no pictures of the first train, or anything else at the moment owing to the lack of batteries for the camera! Only two sections of flexi track so nothing special, but I've got nearly all the single line parts ...

I'm looking into getting a Regner wistle kit for my edrig and using it off the banjo, can anyone tell me what the thread is for the Edrig's Banjo? Going to make a new Bolt and colar for it and maybe get a servo!
