Re: Sam small layout
Thanks
The running speed is possible thanks to battery powered loco.
Do you have an idea to fix accessories on the platform made of aerated concrete ?

Hello
Here is a quick video of the first train stopping in my station.
I have decided to named my station "walnut lane station" as my street's name is "gros noyer" In French which can be translated as "huge walnut tree"

Re: Sam small layout
Few month ago I bought a station, but the roof was made from plywood. So I printed some tiles and glue them on this plywood base. Last week-end I started to create the platform with Syporex. Now I would like to add some stuff on the platform like benches, lights, fences. But I don't know how to fix ...

Re: DIY Arduino radio control for garden train
Installation of Arduino Nano: There is a hole at the back of the boiler into the cabin. I increase a little bit the dimensions to have a goos access to the USB port on the Ardunio. Thus I can connect the Arduino to my computer without disassemble the loco. The Arduino fits in the back of the boiler...

Re: DIY Arduino radio control for garden train
Power supply : The 4 batteries 18650 are installed in the cabin so I can easily access to remove them and charge them. The wires are going into the boiler via a hole that was originlly used for a small bulb. https://i.ibb.co/rtG942f/IMG-20240121-125622-Personnalis.jpg https://i.ibb.co/jR2FJKL/IMG-2...

Re: Cabbed Hunslet
That's looking great.
One of my next project is to print a loco. I am equipped with LGB track so I think it is 45mm ?
Do you have a link to the model you have done for 45mm ?
I don't want to design my first loco. I prefer tu print an already approved one.
Thanks
Sam

Re: DIY Arduino radio control for garden train
I am using the one with the antenna integrated.
It is easier to fit in the loco and my layout is small, so I don't need a big range.

Re: DIY Arduino radio control for garden train
I suppose, mine are coming from China also.
Sometimes you have to use old drivers for the Chinese boards. But generaly à quick research on the net and you have the solution.

Re: DIY Arduino radio control for garden train
Thanks, I have added some wiring diagrams to my previous post. Concerning the power supply and the voltage measurment of the transceiver here is the connection wiring: https://i.ibb.co/HKM9P86/mega-alim-1024x593.png The 2 resistors are voltage divider to measure a proportional voltage between 0 and ...
