The Bluebell Railway had some nasty legals thrown their way telling them they weren't allowed to use the name 'Stepney' for their Bluebell Engine as Britt Alcroft owned the copyright on the name.. :roll:

Whatever are they going to do about stories once they realise they were written by a REVEREND Awdry?! Narnia stories are out too as they are based in bible stories.. I have no religion - I have an open mind to such matters, I see no offense in Christmas any more than I am offended by Diwali, Ramadan...

Still keen to know where site is... credits give rough idea but not entirely sure where the ironworks is... have seen site at Dunaskin as a possible on google searching (a comedy name if ever I heard one) but not found recognisable image as yet.

Surface good and clean... and a sealing coat of waterproof PVA as primer can give paint something to stick to ;)
