Re: The Bishop's Woodland Light Railway (BWLR)
Thats very neat work on your line. Your mum's painting is superb, she will need to be careful otherwise members will commissioning her to do some painting for them. I would no question if I had an indoor line.

Re: Peckforton Light Railway - Video Library
I agree that Rik's videos are both super quality and also inspiring. Although I enjoyed Mark Pound's series - I find the Peckforton series more informative and with the huge backup of Rik's blogs and shared materials a strong foundation for my tentative efforts in the workshop and garden. Keep them...

Re: Peckforton Light Railway - Video Library
Another professional made film Rik. That's a thought  you could make a really good living being a film maker, how about getting in-touch with Channel 4, they are always on the lookout for brilliant filmmakers such as yourself. I love they way you started with the area which was truly a mess, ...

Sorry about the wording. It should have been ( "professionally " ) in a bit of a rush. Need to slow down

Oh to have room for a toolroom...
You are doing a brilliant job and you will have a feeling of tremendous joy that isn't matched when you finish the loco and getting it running.

That hand lettering is brilliant. Can I send you some of mine.. :thumbright: Seriously, I think you have a talent that you can enjoy, knowing you have made what can be such a pain to do, it is for me. I tend to either leave well, alone or try and put vinyl on, which can be a disaster most of the tim...

Wow Peter. What a brilliant job you have done. I love the colour and that lining is just brilliant. Now that is what good friends do for one another.
Love it, love it, love it.

Re: Roundhouse Silver Lady
It wasn't stated "offers only" so how do you expect a sale. It's courteous anyway to show a price for forum members, we don't all have bottomless pockets and with the cost of living, most are finding it hard to manage at the moment. Glad you have had a sale, it is a lovely loco which would look grea...

Re: Roundhouse Silver Lady
Yes but it's not giving a price for this is it. I certainly pay anywhere near that, even if I had the money for a second hand loco
