PDF CLOSING
Read this morning from Leanne Farley, that she is having to close the business, which is a real shame. They produced some fabulous models and they are going to be sorely missed. I for one have had loads of help from Peter and those that took over when he passed. There maybe someone who is willing to...

Re: Quarry Hunslet
Just wish I had a bigger bed now for printing things that length, but it's not going to happen for years yet. Yes, well I'm fortunate Rod. I couldn't have afforded the big machines myself either, but technically they both belong to SWMBO's company and were bought to do a job for a particular contra...

Re: Nolwyn Valley Tramway
Brilliant Drew. It's worth all the effort when you see a scene like this. Wont be that long before you have the line complete, but then comes the rest of it, buildings, rolling stock, people....etc etc.
Looking forward to more photos and updates.

Re: Haruka garden railway
Thats just brilliant. The lighting is superb and a model to show off quite rightly.. :salute: The idea for talking history with your line is also brilliant. Unfortunately history isn't taught that much now in the schools and what there is it's mainly about the Romans from what my second youngest gra...

Going to be brilliant that again Philip.

Anyway, looking forward to more of your build Philip.

Thats mightily impressive. 0.1 short of 1000 mtrs. It looks just like you are flying over it, it's so realistic.

Wheel sets.
I have for sale some Wheels Sets that are surplus to my requirements. They are brand new, even though they look used, I can swear that I haven't had the need for them. I bought them not knowing what the size meant, see my explanation below. A couple of them have got rust on them, but nothing to be b...

Looks great Peter. Likings the colour
I use Trimline also and I have used it when I’m painting half and half, but the slightly wider ones.

You really need to post photos at the same time as your description. No good just posting without photos.

Re: The (Windmill Hill) Welsh Highland Railway
Oh No! Hopefully it all goes back together OK Annoyingly, I ordered too new packets of fishplates for the relaying, took 'em into the garden to make a start last weekend, and misplaced them somehow. It's only a small garden, but I've got no idea where they are! Same here Andrew, I loose most things...

Thats a shame Andrew, that wood store looked good behind the line. :thumbright: We have to move on with things I suppose and maybe it is for the better that space to build something that is crying out for it. :dontknow: Maybe something like these. 11C80F24-F6EA-4456-A42A-75B8B3A50842.jpeg 718D96CC-E...

Re: Animated Gif
In a way Philip, it is garden related isn't it. Especially if they are done with something that has any movement on a track or line side, like a coal chute or waterwheel, running water..anything that moves on our near our lines. But if you feel it should be in the Off Topic section, that's ok.

This is a Thread for anyone to show their own Giphy. Well I managed to work out how to make an Animated Gif. Reading Drew's thread "HOW to make a Giphy" If you are more IT minded or simply very good at doing things like this, you will find it interesting I think, it depends on what you lik...
