A picture from 2005, not a long tunnel, more a bridge. Rather higher outside temperatures end his life as the exhaust steam of the locomotive.

Build on Snow

After Mother Nature gave us some snow this winter, I picked up on an old idea again. Why not lay a small rail circle on the snowdrift in front of my terrace? I dug a small track into the snow and tried to create a reasonably flat track with a long spirit level. A good opportunity to try a new remote...

Works well, on the top of the chimney there is enough heat to dry the oily condense inside.

Only after a tank stop to fill water it spits a little.

Pimp my Regner Max

I've bought a few days ago a Regner Max. Actually I wanted to use the boiler equipment unit for a steam launch. Regner no longer produces these boilers. But out of the box, I did not have the heart to break it. So I pimped him. ./myff/1999365/26_2016072024_max19_07_2016img86214.jpg 30 mm Cera...

Tank you Andy and David for your answers and suggestions. Yes, it will not be easy or a model close to put the narrow WD Wagons on the 45mm bogies. But I always try to buy the best for locomotive wagons or establish itself. I'll think of something. Here in the old continent, the 32 mm track is not s...
