Well the GRS transfers duly arrived and I must say I'm very impressed by their appearance although it will take a little while to apply them (probably find time to do the conversion over Xmas period). The United Dairies is the correct black edged red and in the right font and it comes with 4 of thos...

Thanks. I've ordered some from GRS and will see how they go. I've made them in the past but that United Dairies design would take a little time . And with any luck the GRS ones will have the LMS, tare and wheelbase all in white that are difficult to make at home.

Great, thanks for the suggestions. Does anyone know how good the GRS United Dairies Transfers are? As good as their kits?

Looking very good! Can you say how you widened the gauge, please? Looks to be more tricky than on the opens. Any progress yet with the transfers?
