Axel Counter
Im looking to build switches for an axel Counter that will survive outside.
Anyone built one before?
I have all of the sensor inputs and Train Controller software can deal with the logic and counting.

The ones i used are 12v with the wiring on the underside of the platform. http://www.playmobil.co.uk/vintage-street-lamp/6465.html I also used the sticky 12V LED strips you g...

Station platform progress: 1st attempt using well sealed and painted plywood, Ikea draw separators as fencing and playmobile lights. There are two platforms, one of them is finished as below. Fire pit... yes it has been tested with the biggest fire possible and plastic tubes sticking up from track level behind it so it shouldn't melt the trains!

Re: LGB Crocodile Upgrades, DCC, Sound, Lights, etc
Thats was plan A but then i decided i just wanted to get it working! The black plastic plate that it is all sitting on is just held to the drivers control panel with a single screw so easily removed if needed. The more pressing concern now is that its started running like crap... does about 6 inches...

They are Seuthe ones, NO.28 type from Peters Spares - ...

Smoke generator fitting (one in each loco)
Remove black plug from top of chimney
Hole is too small so drill bigger (4.5mm in my case)
Push the smoke unit in place
