Ok, firstly I'm very impressed, that is an amazing solution for the coat. Regarding the pause, have you tried using wav files instead of mp3. My top tip when fitting deltang is to write on the chassis of the loco the model and software version. If you decided to make an alteration to a setting (max speed, what direction is forward, battery cut-off voltage etc) its much easier to read the info from the chassis than try and ID the board wit...

I have used brake fluid with success, its slow but doesn't affect most plastics. As usual try on a small area first! All I did was coat the item in brake fluid, put it in a plastic bag, leave it for a few hours (don't let it dry out) remove the bag, scrub with an old tooth brush and repeat! Hope tha...
