Does any one know where i can get one for 0-4-0 locos?

I think Jon Perscot engineering do them. There's a link on the 16mm association links page.

Whitegate Engineering also do them, you by a main frame and then the roller sets to add to it, from what I remember they cost about £60, much better jus cutting a couple of pieces on 2x1 and plopping the loco on it in my opinion.

As Will said, just put it on blocks... rolling roads are costly compared!!!

Yes! fianaly another member of the 2x1 club. By the way yes Rolling roads are hugely expensive for what they are.

i've always used blocks of wood as well if I have wanted to test something, although the chassis of my baguley has been propped on lego recently

Although lego is just as expensive as a rolling road.

Did i mention my lego was brought years ago when you could still get just the blocks *sigh* happy days, and then I got quite a load from relatives
lego is also useful for keeping carriage ends square when they are glued to the floor

Get some pieces of aluminium angle from B&Q and then make up some rollers using small ball bearings. You can use a bolt to lock the rollers in position to suit.
