Does anyone know of a supplier of decals suitable for 16mm scale for LNER locomotive and carriage numbering and lettering. I would assume Ga.1 items would do as a pragmatic decision to reduce the size of lettering was often made for NG stock.
I think the big passenger engine decals would work out about the right size for 16mm scale tankie. Just need to find a gap in the numbering sequences for a slack handful of 0-4-0Ts and NG carriages.

Hi Peter,
Sorry I can't help with the decals but as far as the loco numbering goes you could try this website
http://www.lner.info/locos/J/j61.shtml
When I was looking for a suitable number for my DJB coal fired Lawley conversion I found this odd class of J61 with only two locos adopted by LNER. Admittedly not narrow gauge but I was able to concoct a feasible story that my loco had also been absorbed by the LNER. I gave it the number 68369 which would most likely have been the next number.
It's an interesting website which you might find helpful.
Good luck
Michael
