Scarily, the other half (he who must be obeyed) has purchased a house.
The house comes with a large flagged front garden for off-street parking and at the rear a terraced garden with a large patio and sunken lawn with flower beds around.

I think its just a case of making a wooden trestle to extend the run from a U to an oval.
Now the retaining wall for the flower beds seem ideally suited for a garden railway. There is also a handy shed too.
Anyone got any thoughts?
