The last two seasons with traindriving on the ØVJ, I had this train in my thoughts. As mentioned earlier I have rebuilt major parts of the line and decided not to drive long wagons trough the sharpest curves.

The whole train is about 2,5 m. And it looked very impressing, finding it´s way in the landscape

Here it has stopped at "Stålbågågutua" station.
Going uphill with a new chufferpipe installed, there were also a fantastic sound to the scenery

It looks good. Do you have any pictures of the whole layout?

Thank You for asking. The ØVJ runs trough a lot of wilderness and its impossible to take a picture that will explain the line. If you are interested I´ll draw a map of the ØVJ and publish it here on the forum.

Yes, i would be very much interested to see that.

Did you raise it a little off the ground due to uneven terrain or is there another reason?

Here is a not so god, sketsh of the line. The part marked with red is where i drive long passenger trains. ØVJ is built on a small hill, and I like it best when it runs on the ground. But the raising of the railway on sticks was nessesary to gain extra length to the line That means that the railway "sticks out" on both sides of the hill. I´m planning to plant some climbing green plants to hide the most of the poor construction..
