Best 0-4-0 chassis with connecting rods?

As title really, whats the best, but 'well priced' 0-4-0 chassis with connecting rods, I was thinking of the possiltey of a Andel ffion chassis, if I could 'get one' seperatley.

Seriously I would vouch for the Essel as well after seeing Matts box cab at work..

I am waiting for my Essel one to arrive, as a replacement for the I.P. one.
