Hi all,
Just an open thank you to IP Engineering to thank them for the replacement part they sent FOC due to me hamfistedly breaking the original part. Excellent service, its much appreciated.

They are pretty good like that: I had parts missing in a bogie coach kit, so he sent me another one (which is why there's going to be a Driving Trailer for the Youlgrave branch of the MDLR in due course).

I had a broken coach kit and I was sent another total kit, great guy.
A steam propelled life-style.

Had the same thing happen to me. I purchased the 'Amy' railbus kit but some of the parts were missing and after one phone call they duly sent me missing parts plus some extra 'dressing up' bits. Great service!
