Glazing sheets

Previously when scratchbuilding carriages I have used fairly thin clear plastic from packageing etc, however I would like to change to the sort of thickness of material Branbright and IP engineering use in their carriage kits. Does anyone know where this material can be obtained in large sheets, and for a low a price as possible?

Model shops, they sell it for model areoplanes. I got some and its better than the IP stuff, it is perfectly clear like glass and doesn't fade to blue...

You could also try 'Hobbycrafts' it's a craft shop (doh!) that does everything including dolls house stuff hence the need for clear 'glass'. They do it in various thicknesses and small sheets plus you can get it on line.
