Really looking forward to this one! The Talyllyn Railway is the theme, because of it celebrates its 60th birthday as the worlds first perserved railway. The centre piece is quite special too and will appeal to two railways. I had a little to do with the organising of this. I think the board need commending on the show they have organised as we have more traders, layouts, a great competition, great prizes on the raffle all coupled with a different theme each year!

I think you should - we generally arrange a Forum Gathering at some point in the day, and Junior members are accorded running rights on Dixon Green, so come and play!

Pitty Bungle isn't a junior member!!!
Will almost certainly be there, since Peterborough is too far. Sounds like Talyllyn 3 or 4 for the static loco to me....

Little Bungle would love a play on Dixon Green!
Could the loco in question be a Kerr Stuart of some kind?

I really want to make it this year, ironically it would be my first and last Stoneleigh! I'll probably be booking the Friday off from work to make it, as well as to avoid any April 1st pranks.

Well we're working in Colchester the night before and making the arduous trip to Norwich the day after - but I'll be there! (Early doors too if MDLR still wants me to help out!)
Let me know when you're planning your photo-shoot Matt - I'd love to get a shot of the
THREE Sir Haydn's!!

You're on the list, Mate!
Any road up - an update! John Rogers will be bringing his Pigsty Brewery Tramway to run small battery electrics on, so if you've got one, bring it!

That sounds like fun. I will try and remember to bring the Simplex and the Baguley Handyside. (Both, especially the Baguley, could do with some attention to the paintwork first.) Will there be stock available, or should I bring my carrier bag full of Big Big tippers?
