I have to say that as a long-time Brandbright track user, I'd suggest................... Peco! I would have used it myself but at the time, there were issues with the track being supplied - the plastic wasn't UV-proof - but now that's long since cured I'd go for it.
As for deal, I don't really know (not being in the market, you understand) but I've heard reports of Trackshack in the IOM.

Having had the same UV problems with Peco track many years ago, I chose Tenmille track for my first railway back in 1991. It was all taken up without damage and relocated to my new home in 2003 and I have added to my original purchase since then.
I use AG069B (sleepers for 5 yards), AG109 rail and AG128 joiners. Pre-made points are available but I needed 18 so I built them myself using a drawing supplied by Tenmille.
My advice would be to make a complete list of what you want and send it to the various suppliers and track manufacturers (i.e. buy direct) and see what price they will do for you - "How much for this lot, please, including P&P?". I know that I got a VERY good deal on my initial purchase that worked out cheaper than the manufacturer would sell it for!
