Iv just been sent this pic of a suppoedly new loco from Regner thats going to be sold as Meths fired.

Which I rather like, although I think it might actually be gel fuelled, not meths.

If it is Max then it's certainly not 00gauge as the boiler has a diameter of 45mm.

It's large scale. If the boiler it 45mm in diameter it must be bigger than 00

And it's on Marklin gauge 1 track... it'll be 30mm, 32mm, 45mm adjustable like most Regner outside frame locos.

Oh, I just looked at this picture...
...and thought "ah, 00 gauge". And it was at like 2am or something silly.

If that is going to only cost around £250 i think it may be a very popular loco! I am interested myself. Maybe i have found something useful to spend my student loan on
