If you rush out to your local newsagents, the latest issue of the
Dr Who Adventures comic has a FREE Tardis kit stuck on the front cover which
should pass for 16mm - ish!

I've already got a TARDIS thanks to my sister and her boyfriend, and she usually makes sure its put out for steamups! SLRmidge has one with a sound unit!

I got a Die-cast Tardis from The Television & Movie Store in Norwich (opposite The Forum - city library and BBC East Studios)
nicly detailed etc etc its a little oversized but looks fine when sitting on the railway as long as you dont stand any figures to close to it
