LGB cog railway code 250 compatibility

Does anyone know whether LGB cog locomotives will work on code 250 track?
What are the dimensions of the wheels?
The flange depth of the wheel is going to be your issue if it's larger than usual LGB size particularly with points.
Code 250 looks far more scale than 332 so might be worth buying a second hand piece of track to test?
