Wild Rose

Hi, I am currently thinking about starting a wild rose loco project (Dave Watkins drawings) however lack large machinery or lots of engineering experience (although im willing to learn!); I already have a Boiler and gas tank suitable for the loco (unintentionally!) however i was wondering if anyone could comment on the parts available from model engineering laser and what needs doing to them to get a rolling chassis going. I realise they dont make the cylinders but i may be able to get these elsewhere.
