Any recommendations as to a kit for the every present, ever useful O&K/Hudson type 'V' skip?  It looks like the line in the garden is going to be needing a few. One catch - I work in SM45.

Looks like I will be buying a slack handful of Binnies then. The trick is not to order so many in one go that the weight goes over the dreaded two kilogramme threshold at which point it goes from being an international small package to being a major expense. The last loco I ordered from Roundhouse cost £70 in shipping charges, which has kind of refocused my motive power policy!

A 45mm binnie kit weighs 80gms - 6 in a bubble envelope is about 510gms.

Roy wood wheels 40gm a pair of axles.

Fore warned is fore armed!
