That would be one of the Three Sinking Islands of Prydain, then ;)

What is the vehicle parked up next to the railway in the first shot?

That's an 1942 Austin K2 fire engine rather than a bedford. See Laalratty for more info.

'You'd better hope that the wind doesn't blow the leaves back again. Are there many left to fall from the trees still?'

A pic of my line yesterday! Anyone got a leaf blower :?:

I have'nt said that I don't like Autumn!  :colors:
All those lovely bronze, red & yellow coloured leaves slowly drifting down onto my line as stated like confetti gently settling on the rails, sleepers, platforms, buildings etc, etc.....just a minute I've changed my mind, its the worst time of year, drat those blasted leaves

Why do you think the PTLR is almost devoid of decidiuos (leaf dropping) trees. I too hate leaves, You hit them on a bike and the next minute you look like mashed potato.

I have had the problem with crashing my bike after hitting some leaves, but they do sometimes cause me to do some sliding from time to time.

Here are my views on the last few months of the year.

September-back to school, but weather's nice.

October-treible weather (rain and wind), I've oftern got a cold 24/7, and christmas is still 2 months off (as you can tell, october is my worst month of the year).

November-Big fires and rockets that go bang :D , falling leaves, rememberence weekend, and the chrismas sales start.

December-CHRISMAS :D !  Need I say anymore?

I cycled over Kirkby Moor just to get to your house to get a lift to an open day in Morcombe.

I don't have enough money to buy a motor-bike.

Surely you could use the money your are being told to keep for a car on a bike, given that a bike is a motor vehicle?
