Before you go and buy an I.P deluxe, have a look at Essel Engineering.
For about £25 more you get a ready to run 0-4-0 chassis with brass gears and all metal chassis, fully painted.
Much much more worth the money, I have had numerous problems with the gears on the I.P. one (shredding the gears, plastic) none at all with the Essel Chassis!

Battery Electric Loco's
July last year,we had a major house fire and everything was lost. The Ruston, the Saltford O&K and Simplex + rolling stock. I even had some Saltford track. Brian and I were at Kew one year and I had the Ruston pulling 25 4 wheel wagons. Even Brian was impressed. Sold a fair few on the back of that. I did tell people that it was highly modded,but Brian had all the bits to build a replica. Didn't alf push the price as well.Whatever happened to the Ruston?
