These are based on carriage and locomotive numbers, and were a test run on some scrap wood, with the idea that I'd use this style for some friend's door numbers. I think they're actually a bit ornate for that, but I might do some bigger ones (say 12", these are about 4"), just for the fun of it. I learned lots from doing these that I can incorporate into future ones.
