Can I find those magazines on the internet or do I have to buy the magazines if that's even possible? If not, are they allowed to be photocopied?

In a one of Mr Watkins you tube videos he says "Keith Bucklitch built "Wild Rose Too" and wrote a series of construction articles in the 16mm Association Journal." Is that the magazine or can that be found on the web site?

Yes, that is the same magazine that Keith Bucklitch's articles were in.

I have not finished my own build to the revised drawings yet but I know some have been completed and are running. Yoshaiki Hosoi has built three locos to the Wild Rose III design see:-

That link is very useful, the photos will help a lot and I'll see if I get anywhere with google translate

Do you have the SMT magazines with the build by Kieth in them, would you be able to photocopy them for me if that is allowed?
