Little Morecambe Steam Railway loco policy has got somewhat confusing. With a new DJB coal fired boiler arriving soon, Lady of the Lake's old gas fired boiler has been donated to Lady Adele, and the tender has moved too!
Jacks Edrig made a nice contrast with its short train, although it did seem to spend a lot of time getting held up by other trains!

The Windy Ridge Railway sorted out its own double header with Countess Leinegen and Stelfox, dunno what is happening though that livery is starting to grow on me!

The last pairing when I was there was the noisiest, and what a noise with Lyn and King Arthur. What was really impressive was Lyn starting this lot, SINGLE HANDED with King Arthur shut off!
I then left as I took James to catch a train at Lancaster, but I believe there was some more interesting trains planned. The very last train before closure will be the original PTLR north train of Edrig "Lesley K" and two IOM 4 wheelers. Then, a grand 4 years in the life of the PTLR will come to an end.
