Yes its a monster of sorts. After a 3 year layover the worlds most powerful mamod is back!

Excellent Si, good to see it back running, and obviously able to cope with the CGRL as well. Problem is will it break again when I see it running just like last time...

I have no plans for heavy loads. Unless someone comes to challenge the title in which case she'll take it back or die trying.

I will state that I will not put my "Super" mamod up against that one as mine struggles to pull itself. That looks great though, nice to see one doing so well.
Tommy Dodd may have an ARS key but I have a TASS button & a Rope Ladder, just like pirates, except the TASS button bit.

I think there is some confusion over who is taking their mamods to PTLR fest and who is taking them to Peterborough. I doubt those from the west of the country would be taking them to Peterborough...

My little Agnus would crush the opposition so it wouldn't be fair if I ever took her out

hmm not so sure angus is unmodified and runs well but the newer pistons do make a difference as does gas firing and uprated safety valves but it does show mamods arn't just toys :D

Nah, she's too awesome
Also, I agree that Mamods aren't just toys. They are like the Mini. You can add power & make it more fun

I think mostly it's down to luck. For instance my surviving mamod is a bag of nails. Although it has an uprated boiler, gas burner, uprgraded wheels, displacement lubricator , SV, water top up & uprated cylinders it still performs no where as good as my old No 5 that I sold to Jack. That did have a gas burner & upgraded SV but was amazing & would trundle about for ever, well until I failed to sort out the steam chest leak anyway.
