since Iv been frozen ou tof my garden railway for weeks now and it doesnt look likley to end soon Iv been down to the model shop and bought an Aristocraft LIL CRITTER train set
I was surprised to find an old BP set in a corner, it was Aristocrafts attempt at making a British train set (painting american stock in british colours didnt work to well)
its anice set and this is why you should support your local model shop because they let me take it away with the aggrement of paying later (£130, bargain)
it is a pretty thing

LOL it looks fun enough to play with indoors. Need a load more track and run it around the house i.e. into the living room to the kitchen, then get mum to load the wagons with food n stuff.

I did that with LEGO trains once, worked quite well untill my dad got home and told me to take it all up and then stood on things and broke them

Ah well, it'll last for a 100 years or so in Middlesbrough then.

now Iv gotten a loop of electrified track and a controlling unit I can play with my electric trains such as my Shay, Big Hauler and my Gustav hand car.
go Gustav go!
and Im rather pleased with the Basic Engineer control unit that came with the set the only issue I have is that it requires 9V batteries.
