M amod Quarry Boiler

In the last 2 years I spent almost 2grand on a Brunel a Boulton and a Quarry loco I could expect a reply from mamod regarding a replace meant boiler so far no response yet I am disappointed about their customer care

Sadly Mamod are closing down, which is almost certainly why you have had no response from them.

There is a breadcrumb trail to the newer 'spares' website, which the present owner is keeping going.

There is an open day (weekend?) this Saturday, and I believe they have to clear the premises quite quickly.

I expect they are run-ragged, at the moment?

Mamod are being evicted from their factory on Tuesday 13th August 2024.

They had a lot of problems with their emails in recent times, so I had to write a letter & fortunately got the required replacement parts at the 16mm NGM Show at Stoneleigh earlier this year.

Where is your Quarry loco boiler leaking from? They are made from brass tube with all the bushings, etc. silver soldered.
