Supplier of small nuts and bolts

Post by markoteal » Wed May 29, 2019 9:50 pm

Just a quick query - conscious when I was fettling with the rc linkage on the reg at the weekend that if I loose any of the nuts/bolts screws that I have on the loco, I don't have any spares.

Where is a good source to buy a selection of very small nuts/bolts /screws to get some spares to hand
Where did I put that uncoupler?

Eileens Emporium do all sorts of nuts, bolts, washers, tools, metals, glues, etc. Mainly aimed at 4mm Finescale but of course those things are universal.

For non specialist things like that I tend to use eBay as you can get a selection of all small sizes for very little money. Such as https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/600Pcs-Unive ... 4695eea661. If you want something more specialist then I tend to use https://www.justtheticketsupplies.co.uk/ as they stock loads of useful things, as do https://maccmodels.co.uk/. I have no association with anyone, just a customer of all :)
